These terms set out the basis on which we will supply Treatment Bags to you, so please read them carefully.

We may amend these from time to time, and the changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms. However, the amended terms will not apply to any requests for complimentary Treatment Bags that we have already accepted before this date.

These terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to the Treatment Bag Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which apply when you use our website (the “Site”). Please read all these terms carefully before requesting a Treatment Bag/s (the "Bag") from us or using the Site. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not request a Bag from us or use or access the Site. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us to discuss these before making your request or placing your order.

Requesting a Bag

The Bags are not for sale and we do not take payment for the Bags, but we welcome a donation when a Bag is requested. We reserve the right to refuse to send a Bag/s if we believe there is fraudulent activity.

Products within the Bags

All products within the Bags are supplied by companies (the "Suppliers") as a donation or at trade price. We forward them in good faith and accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage to person or persons as a result of the use or abuse of any of the products. We try to ensure that all products contained in the Bags match the images and descriptions on our Site, although sometimes there may be slight differences in the actual products or size, colour and design of the products within the Bag.

Availability

We try to ensure that Bags displayed on our Site are available to request. However, where Bags are temporarily unavailable for any reason, we will endeavour to indicate this on the Site. Please note that we may withdraw Bags or products within the Bags from supply in the event we run out of stock or for any other reason. We may do this at any time and without notice.

If we cannot supply you with some or all of the Bags you have requested for any reason, we will contact you and explain your options. We will inform you of this by email and where a donation has already been made, we will give you the option of a refund. We may not be able to fulfil your request as a result of one of the following:

• the Bags are temporarily out of stock;

• you have asked us to deliver your order to a location to which we do not offer delivery

• the agreed donation has not been processed

 

If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but this may not always be possible.

Age restrictions

To request Bags from this Site, you must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Suggested donation amounts

When requesting a Bag, we encourage you to make a donation to The Treatment Bag to help support the charity’s work. We suggest an appropriate amount to donate to cover the cost of the Bags/s. There are instances where we will consider a lower donation than the suggested amount.

Delivery

Deliveries are via Royal Mail throughout the UK only (except to offshore territories). We shall not be responsible to you for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control. However, if we are made aware of any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any such events, and we will try to minimise the effects of any delay.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We only supply items for domestic and private use. You agree not to use items requested from this Site for any commercial, business or resale purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes arising out of these terms and any item(s) requested from this website.
