Whatever your distance, pace or level of questionable decision-making, we’d love you to join us.
We’ll take care of the boring stuff.

The training plan? We can help (or happily stay out of it).
The cheering, encouragement and general fuss on race day? Absolutely us.

If you’re more comfortable on the sidelines with a loud voice, a homemade sign and an impressive ability to spot our Treatment Bag shirt from 50 metres, we need you!

I have the day off work today.

If you spy a small slice of notice board at your community centre, doctor's surgery or staff kitchen, please email us with your address and we'll pop one in the mail.
Tea for Ten on 10th of 10th
Crack out the teapot & host a tea morning
On 10th October, invite 10 friends for a cup of tea (or coffee) at 10am ask them to donate £10.
Cake is allowed - and biscuits are mandatory, because (in the words of Julia Child), tea without a little treat is just a meeting.
Sign up below for next year, & (a little nearer the time) we will send you everything you need, we have QR codes, payment information and we even have flag toppers for your cake.
If you'd like a free mug we can pop that in the post too to help you reach your fundraising goal.
With your help we can continue to support over 200 people every month who are receiving cancer treatment in the NHS.
